What is your favorite subject? Why? My favorite subject is Sports Medicine with Mrs. Ochoa because I get to learn about how athletes can treat and prevent injuries.
What teacher has most impacted you here at Servite? Why? Mrs. DiCrisi and the Theology/Campus Ministry department have impacted me the most. Ms. DiCrisi believed in me and pushed me to achieve higher goals when I was settling for mediocrity. Theology/Campus Ministry introduced God into my life and helped me with my journey by setting up my baptism on Easter.
Advice for freshmen on how to balance the academic and athletic rigors at Servite: Find a teacher or your counselor and meet with them regularly to make sure they hold you accountable so that you are achieving at the highest level every day. Also allocate 15 minutes every day just to review your notes even if you don’t have homework.
What else are you involved in at Servite? I am in choir, a student ambassador, member of the Speech & Debate/ Mock Trial team, and a member of the sports medicine club.
