What is your favorite subject? Why? One class I always look forward to is AP Psychology. Learning about why we do things according to how our brain works and engaging in psychology debates always makes class very enjoyable, especially with Mrs. Recknor, she makes sure we leave the class with more knowledge than when we walked in.

What teacher has most impacted you here at Servite? Why? A teacher that has significantly impacted me this past year is Mr. Martin. His enthusiasm to teach every day creates a great learning environment. He has become a role model I look up to when it comes to becoming a faith-filled leader. My relationship with Christ has developed extensively by making adoration and confession things I now engage in regularly. Since being in his class, I can definitely say I have become the best catholic version of myself.

Advice for freshmen on how to balance the academic and athletic rigors at Servite: Time management has been crucial to my excellence in both sports and academics. I have kept an agenda since freshman year to be able to keep track of my workload and manage what homework to start first or what class I need to study for more that week. Be very disciplined with your time to ensure that you get everything done.

What else are you involved in at Servite? I am also involved in Admissions and the ASYLUM.

Career Interest- I will be majoring in Mechanical Engineering and minoring in Business at LMU.

Classes you’re currently taking- AP English Literature, CP Calculus, AP Psychology, CP Anatomy & Physiology, HP Critical Reflections, CP US Government
