“Well” or “Hmm” were often the first words of Receptionist/Registrar Pauline Hurley as a rolodex of solutions ran through her mind. The solution was always there to be secured. She was unflappable – calm, sure and confident. She was hard-working and handled the public well. She was very loyal to the Administration and possessed the gifts of being knowledgeable, efficient and effective. You never saw her correct anyone. She just corrected the situation and with grace. She was always assuring and quick to pray for you. She worked at Servite from 1962 – 1984. Her son Tim Hurley graduated in the Class of 1968.
