Wes Ruby ’18 recently performed and won first place in New York at the Lincoln Center with his youth a Cappella group, “Legacy”. Wes has been a part of this group for the past year and in March they won the Western Region of the International Competition of High School a Cappella, which qualified them for the International Competition of High School A Cappella (ICHSA) at the Lincoln Center.
During the finals, they performed on April 21 for the International Competition of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA) Finals and received an automatic invite to the ACA Open Finals at Carnegie Hall in September, 2018. Congratulations to Wes and his team of talented musicians!
