Todd Cook ’87 began teaching English and coaching at Servite in 1992. Following graduation from Servite, he went on to play baseball at Long Beach State University. He returned to Servite as an assistant baseball coach and later became Head Baseball Coach. During his tenure, the team won five League Championships and made 12 CIF appearances. Some of his former players went on to play Major League Baseball including: DJ Houlton ’97, Ryan Garko ’99, Ben Francisco ’99, Brian Wolfe ’99, and Mark Rzepczynski ’03. Todd also worked in professional baseball as a scout for the Atlanta Braves from 1996-2000. In 2012, he began assisting the golf team as JV coach.
