Schools across the country participated in various levels of a “Walk-Out” this past Wednesday, 3/14, to call attention to the tragic shooting that happened in a Florida school last month. Servite honored the victims through a 17-minute prayer service that with our own friars reading short biographies of the fallen students and teachers, as well as a message of hope and healing for our the school and for the world.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord.
And let the perpetual light shine upon them.
And may the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
