She always knew exactly what she wanted to do working in Catholic education. Doreen Moore began her ministry at Servite in 1991 as an academic/college counselor. She was hired at a time when the role of academic and college counseling began to take a more formal role with staff credentialed to work in these areas. Doreen holds a Masters in Educational Counseling from Loyola Marymount University and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from San Diego State University. She is a 1981 graduate of Rosary High School. Doreen and her husband, Jeff, have four children. Their three daughters graduated from Rosary (Addison ’09, Ashley ’12, Ally ’17) and their son, Austin, is a 2015 Servite grad. “Working with students and parents is a personal mission for me,” she said. “It has been a very fulfilling journey.”
