Derek Fuentes ’20
Football
For the second game in a row, a Servite running back tallied three touchdowns to help lead the Friars to victory. This time it was junior Derek Fuentes who scored on carries of 9, 2 and 31 yards to help clinch the 32-13 win over Roosevelt.
Fuentes also scored the game-winning touchdown in Servite’s last game rushing for a 15 yard touchdown to put the Friars ahead of Norco 37-32.
Football (3-0) wraps preseason action Friday when they travel to Fred Kelly Stadium to take on Villa Park at 7pm.
