Anthony Verhallen was known as “the teacher with the wonderful Dutch accent.” He began teaching Church History at Servite in 1978. He also taught Scripture, was the Campus Minister, moderated California Scholar Federation and National Honor Society, and was an assistant coach for Cross Country. He had a love for the teaching profession since grade school. He was a devoted teacher and dedicated to his students’ learning. The 1996 Yearbook was dedicated to him. He retired in 2006.
