Servite Athlete of the Week
Trevor Schmidt ’22
Baseball
Servite Baseball (11-3) went 3-1 last week splitting a doubleheader with Foothill to open the week before earning wins over Santiago (8-1) and Gahr (5-1).
Freshman left fielder Trevor Schmidt hit .462 on the week going 6-for-13 while tallying 7 RBIs! He also hit two, two-run home runs against the Sharks then followed up that performance with a two-RBI triple against Gahr to end the week.
Schmidt and the Friars opened Trinity League play Tuesday afternoon with a 3-1 victory over Mater Dei and return to action today (Wednesday) at MD at 6:30pm.
